Endicott Awarded $6 Million for Demolition of Old IBM Buildings

The village of Endicott is to receive $6 million to help pay for the cost of demolition of 550,000-square-feet of vacant industrial space along North Street. Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates negotiated the sale of a 488,000-square-foot industrial facility in Freeport, Illinois. The list price for the property was $7 million, and the building features a clear height of 26 feet, 30 exterior docks, and 10 drive-in doors.
