Acquisition & Leasing Internship

Phoenix Investors, a national commercial real estate company based in Milwaukee, WI, seeks to add an intern position to support our Acquisition & Leasing Team.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating property listings across CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and the company website.
  • Work with a third-party marketing company to create and update marketing brochures, information sheets, and the company website.
  • Track and record related marketing activities.
  • Maintain and update the internal comprehensive property information list.
  • Create and schedule email campaigns to various properties across the portfolio.
  • Pull weekly property performance reports.
  • Research relevant market data and property data across various county/state websites.
  • Create tour information packages for executive property tours.
  • Pursuing real estate, marketing, finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills must include intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hoovers, CoStar, LoopNet, and search engines is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented with strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills; ability to interface with top-level executives.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate analytical and marketing data clearly and effectively.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Top candidates will possess a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
