Former Goldmann’s could become health clinic under latest proposal

As reported on Milwaukee Business Journal: Phoenix Investors and Endeavour Corp. are seeking approval this month to convert the former Goldmann's department store on West Historic Mitchell Street into a health clinic. The $5.5 million renovation is to start in mid-April and will be complete about six months later, said Randy Roth, principal of Endeavour. The building, once renovated, will house the Gerald L.
