A Certified Public Accountant and attorney, Mr. Kriewaldt’s legal and financial background further complements his professional focus on real estate and logistics practices.

In addition, he is also a prolific contributor to industry discourse and heads Phoenix Investors’ security company, reinforcing the firm’s integrated and risk-aware operating approach. Known for his customer-first philosophy, Mr. Kriewaldt is committed to building long-term relationships and creating mutually beneficial partnerships. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University.
