About Patrick Dedering
Patrick Dedering, Director of Acquisition & Leasing, brings over 15 years of experience in industrial real estate to his role at Phoenix Investors. Before joining the firm, he spent seven years at a national brokerage firm where he honed his expertise in industrial sales, leasing, and investment transactions. Since joining Phoenix Investors 10 years ago, Dedering has been an integral part of the company’s growth. He has played a key role in the acquisition and leasing in excess of 25 million square feet, with an aggregate transaction volume exceeding $200 million. Dedering’s extensive track record includes transaction experience in complex sales and leasing, build-to-suit developments, land assemblages, and securing state and local incentive packages. An active member of NAIOP and CARW, Dedering has been named a CoStar Power Broker each year since 2018 and has received various other industry accolades.
