About Patrick Dedering
Patrick Dedering, Director of Acquisition & Leasing, brings over 15 years of experience in industrial real estate to his role at Phoenix Investors. Before joining the firm, he spent seven years at a national brokerage firm where he honed his expertise in industrial sales, leasing, and investment transactions. Since joining Phoenix Investors 10 years ago, Dedering has been an integral part of the company’s growth.
