About Michael Jensen
Michael Jensen is a Senior Associate on the Leasing & Acquisitions team at Phoenix Investors, where he is involved in industrial leasing, acquisition sourcing, tenant prospecting, market analysis, and transaction execution across the company’s approximately 100 million-square-foot portfolio.
After completing two summer internships, Mr. Jensen joined Phoenix full-time in 2022 after graduating from Marquette University with degrees in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. Early in his tenure, he sourced a 13-property portfolio acquisition totaling more than 5 million square feet. Since closing, he has helped lease the portfolio to over 90% occupancy and has completed dozens of leases across Phoenix’s existing portfolio in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, New York, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
Mr. Jensen has also supported Phoenix’s entrance into the data center space and continues to work on complex, large-scale tenant requirements across the national portfolio. His approach is analytical, practical, and execution-focused, helping advance opportunities from initial inquiry through lease execution.
