About Luke Herder
Luke Herder, Vice President of Acquisitions & Leasing, joined Phoenix Investors in 2020 and has been a key contributor to the firm’s continued expansion in the industrial real estate sector. Since joining the company, Herder has been involved in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of more than 20 million square feet of industrial properties across the country. His responsibilities include sourcing acquisition opportunities, negotiating complex transactions, and executing strategic leasing initiatives.
Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Herder gained valuable experience at global valuation advisory firm Duff & Phelps and commercial real estate brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield, where he developed a strong foundation in real estate finance, valuation, and brokerage services.
Herder is an active member of NAIOP and CARW and an affiliate member of SIOR, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional growth and industry engagement.
