About Kurt Jensen
Kurt Jensen is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of entrepreneurial, management, and deal-making experience. As an early adopter of the Internet, Kurt founded an Internet Service Provider in 1993, which grew to become the second-largest access provider in the Midwest. Later this venture was sold and as a new family man, Kurt took the role of Operations Manager at GTE Internetworking—the providers’ provider of Internet bandwidth. Customers included the University systems in Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, and many others. GTE Internetworking was eventually purchased by Bell Atlantic, then spun off into Genuity which was acquired by Level3 Communications. As a $250+ million annual revenue producer, Kurt’s was the last Genuity business unit to fold into Level3 Operations. Kurt was named a Top Industrial Leasing Broker by CoStar Group in 2019 and a CoStar Power Broker Industrial Lease winner in 2024.
