Facilities Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

As a Facility Maintenance Technician (3rd shift), you will be a crucial asset in maintaining machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure. Your diverse expertise in mechanical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks will ensure the smooth operation of our industrial site and contribute to its long-term success.

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) on various mechanical systems sitewide.
  • Apply handyman skills to address various facility maintenance needs, including minor plumbing, basic mechanical system servicing, and low-voltage electrical repairs.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Record maintenance activities accurately, including PMs, repairs, and inspections.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in carpentry or a related field is advantageous
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a job within the construction field
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and more; understanding of steam/chilled water systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with using hand and power tools for maintenance and repairs
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to learn and adapt

Compensation: $20 – $27 per hour. Compensation commensurate with experience
