Facilities Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

As a Facility Maintenance Technician (2nd shift), you will be a crucial asset in maintaining and improving general facility infrastructure such as doors, walls, lighting, flooring, and overall interior/exterior of buildings. Your diverse expertise in general maintenance and construction tasks will ensure the smooth operation of our industrial site and contribute to its long-term success.

  • Apply your handyman skills to address various facility maintenance needs, including door repair, wall patching, painting, floor repairs, light replacements, masonry and concrete repair, and landscaping efforts
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities
  • Record maintenance activities accurately, including PMs, repairs, and inspections
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in carpentry or related field is advantageous
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or job within the construction field
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and more; understanding of steam/chilled water systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with using hand and power tools for maintenance and repairs
  • Effective communication skills, and willingness to learn and adapt

Pay $20-$27 per hour. Compensation commensurate with experience.
