Facilities Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facility maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and infrastructure. This role plans preventative maintenance, manages corrective repairs, and supports long-term operational performance.

  • Develop, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all facility systems
  • Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance work
  • Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure timely response to service requests and equipment issues
  • Track work orders and maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams
  • Support capital projects and facility improvements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
  • 10+ years of maintenance or construction experience
  • Experience in a supervisory or planning role preferred
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Working knowledge of central utility plant systems (boilers, chillers, pumps, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 

Compensation
$75,000 – $95,000

Full-time, on-site, Monday – Friday, 24/7/365 operations
