As General Counsel, Heather Niski leads Phoenix Investors’ legal department. Prior to being promoted to General Counsel in 2025, Heather joined the company in 2020 as Real Estate Counsel. Before joining Phoenix, Heather spent eight years practicing real estate and business law in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Heather holds a JD from Marquette Law School, an LLM in tax from Boston University Law School, an MS in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, and an MBA from Morehead State University.
