Phoenix Investors was proud to contribute to St. Bakhita Catholic Worker House’s Healing and Peace Garden. The garden will provide a loving environment of care instrumental to women survivors’ transition to a healthy life.
Named after St. Josephine Bakhita, the Catholic Worker House offers more than just housing; they offer a community of holistic support, healing, and empowerment for women survivors of sexual exploitation.
“We could not be more grateful for your incredible donation,” said Anne Haines, Executive Director and House Manager. “We are all taken aback by your generosity. Thank you for this transformative change for our community of survivors and for the entire neighborhood. You are a blessing to us and to our city.”
“It’s an honor to contribute to St. Bakhita’s mission of creating a supportive community for women in Milwaukee,” said Frank Crivello, Chairman and Founder of Phoenix Investors. “The new garden will promote healing and wellness for St. Bakhita’s residents and bring beauty to our community.”
