An affiliate of Milwaukee’s Phoenix Investors intends to purchase an industrial property formerly owned by Wildwood Industries in Normal, IL. The Town of Normal included the property in its tax increment financing district to increase appeal, though the facility has been virtually untouched since the Great Recession of 2008.
