Phoenix Investors and Endeavour Corp. are seeking approval this month to convert the former Goldmann’s department store on West Historic Mitchell Street into a health clinic.
The $5.5 million renovation is to start in mid-April and will be complete about six months later, said Randy Roth, principal of Endeavour. The building, once renovated, will house the Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center, currently at 1711 S. 11th St.
