Regal Rexnord’s West Milwaukee Campus
An affiliate of Phoenix Investors, LLC has acquired Regal Rexnord’s West Milwaukee campus. This acquisition adds 56 acres to Phoenix’s portfolio and has opportunities for mixed-use redevelopment. While discussions are ongoing between village officials and Phoenix executives about the comprehensive plan for the property, Phoenix’s goal is to revitalize the site to benefit the West Milwaukee community.
