Phoenix Investors is seeking a CAD Drafter and Designer to join our talented team. Duties include field measuring at our various warehouses and facilities across the United States. You will also use lasers and a combination of AutoCAD or Revit software to create new blueprints used for leasing and construction purposes. This position will assist in the programming and initial design and, in some cases, the development of construction drawings/documents for interior buildouts for incoming tenants. You will be responsible for scanning and organizing the original blueprints received upon purchase of new properties; additional design or construction tasks will be performed as needed.

This position requires an individual who is very attentive to detail and can work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Must be well-organized, able to work well on a team, and have superior verbal communication skills. Must be a problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing situations. You must also have scheduling flexibility to travel in and out of state, including overnight stays lasting up to several days. Must also be comfortable working in a warehouse environment either with an associate or alone to perform field measuring.
