As reported in Arkansas Business: The Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce said Tuesday that Phoenix Investors LLC of Milwaukee had purchased the 1.5 million-SF former Whirlpool manufacturing facility on Jenny Lind Road in Fort Smith.
