Prospective “High-Quality Company” Could Occupy Former Maytag Site

After purchasing the former Maytag sites in 2019, Phoenix Investors has worked to rehabilitate and improve upon the parcel in Galesburg. Renovations were initially delayed by COVID-19; efforts have since accelerated and an anticipated completion date of early 2021 has been proposed.
