Ryan Holzhauer joined Phoenix Investors in 2018 after working a number of years as a commercial real estate broker in the Milwaukee area. As a member of Phoenix Investors’ leasing and acquisitions team, Ryan focuses on leasing space from Phoenix’s 25 million square foot portfolio.
Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Ryan’s business experience included commercial real estate brokerage, sales management, and owning a successful printing company in Milwaukee. Ryan’s commercial real estate experience includes working with leasing, build-to-suit, land sales, sale-leasebacks and investment property sales.
