Early in his tenure, he sourced a 13-property portfolio acquisition totaling more than 5 million square feet. Since closing, he has helped lease the portfolio to over 90% occupancy and has completed dozens of leases across Phoenix\u2019s existing portfolio in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, New York, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Jensen has also supported Phoenix\u2019s entrance into the data center space and continues to work on complex, large-scale tenant requirements across the national portfolio.
