Town Bank to open branch downtown

As reported on biztimes.com: BIZ TIMES — Hartland-based Town Bank plans to open a branch in a 4,000-square-foot retail space at 401 E. Kilbourn Ave. in downtown Milwaukee. Town Bank’s only existing branch in the City of Milwaukee, at 140 S. First St. in the Walker’s Point neighborhood. Refrigerator Manufacturer Whirlpool Deals Two Plants

Phoenix Investors has purchased two buildings in the unoccupied Whirlpool manufacturing complex in Fort Smith, AR. Phoenix feels the bones of the plant will serve as a strong base for redevelopment, and they are planning to morph the space into a hub for other businesses.
