Phoenix Investors Acquires Two Large Industrial Buildings in WI

As reported on bizjournals.com: Sean Ryan, Reporter Phoenix Investors has acquired two properties in Beloit and Jefferson, WI. The $25.8 million deal adds over 1 million square feet of industrial space to the Phoenix portfolio.
