Phoenix Investors

General maintenance professional to work with the property management team. Basic knowledge of heating/cooling systems, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical required. Prior experience involving general maintenance is preferred. This individual will work directly with the Facilities Manager to address tenant issues, perform preventative and annual maintenance on various facility equipment, and assist with larger projects and facility upgrades as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems throughout the facility
  • Experience in an HVAC role
  • Experience with installing gas pipes
  • Perform general carpentry tasks
  • Painting, stud, and drywall experience is a plus
  • Experience with all electrical a plus
  • Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable mode of transportation
  • On-call 24/7 is required
  • Professional customer service skills while interacting with tenants and contractors
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow a schedule but also change course as issues arise
  • Ability to follow directions on projects as assigned

Essential Daily Duties

  • Comfortable and able to work independently and learn as you go
  • Ability to document and prepare maintenance schedules for each piece of mechanical equipment at the facility
  • Inspect property while on site and report any irregularities or needs for repair
  • Other manageable maintenance, such as light brush clearing, roof cleaning, etc.


  • Pay to be determined based upon knowledge and skillset
