“Working on the front line of America’s industrial renaissance is incredibly exciting, fulfilling and humbling. After a thorough beating during the great recession, our cities and countryside were left with millions of square feet of industrial skeletons; behemoth buildings which once were pillars of their community and were occupied by vibrant companies employing thousands of hard working people. These properties often now find themselves labeled as impaired, run down or blight. Where others see ruins, Phoenix Investors see opportunity.” – Kurt Jensen
