Phoenix Investors Renovates Former Delphi Building

Phoenix Investors held an inaugural event at the former Delphi East building in Flint, MI after making a $25 million investment in the purchase and rehabilitation of the property. Genesee Packaging is the anchor tenant at the facility while a portion of the building continues renovation.
