One Milwaukee treasure has joined another: the Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center has moved into the warmly familiar space that once was Goldmann’s department store. FORMER GOLDMANN’S COULD BECOME HEALTH CLINIC UNDER LATEST PROPOSAL

As reported on Milwaukee Business Journal: Phoenix Investors and Endeavour Corp. are seeking approval this month to convert the former Goldmann’s department store on West Historic Mitchell Street into a health clinic. The $5.5 million renovation is to start in mid-April and will be complete about six months later, said Randy Roth, principal of Endeavour. The building, once renovated, will house the Gerald L.
