As reported in rejournals.com Affiliates of Phoenix Investors, a national private commercial real estate firm headquartered in Milwaukee, acquired from affiliates of Industrial Realty Group two industrial properties totaling about 1.1 million square feet in Covington, Tennessee, and Mount Morris, Illinois, for $13.5 million. The Covington property is a former Quad Graphics facility located on U.S. Route 51 in Covington, about 45 miles northeast of Memphis.
