Milwaukee’s Coolest Offices: Fully stocked bar, full-time chef among Phoenix Investors offerings

As reported in the Milwaukee Business Journal

Phoenix Investors’ downtown Milwaukee office has quite a list of features, ranging from a fully stocked bar to a full-time chef to a massage room for employees. Check out the attached slideshow to see photos of the office.

The chef prepares free breakfast and lunch daily for the real estate firm’s 55 employees in a full kitchen that was included in the buildout of the office space. Not only is it helpful that team members don’t have to worry about having healthy meals throughout the week, but it also contributes to a sense of camaraderie, said Ryan Trost, director of capital markets for Phoenix Investors.

Regrouping with a cold beer at the end of the day or celebrating with someone ringing the 'Closing Gong' brings everyone together, he said

The many features helped the office win a designation as one of Milwaukee’s Coolest Offices by the Milwaukee Business Journal in its 2017 awards program. Phoenix Investors is the third of 10 firms that have earned that designation in the newspaper’s awards program.[…]

Just as we renovate our industrial properties with high-efficiency upgrades, as well, we did the same in our workspace in retrofitting all fixtures with energy efficient LED lighting.”
